'Little Big Shots': Kid receives standing ovation for fire dance
With dazzling flame-juggling skills and fireworks, it was an eye-catching performance made more noteworthy because a 12-year-old pulled it off.
Now that's how you get people off their seats.
TJ, who started learning the art of fire dancing when he was 5, received a standing ovation in Saturday's "Little Big Shots."
Despite his youth, TJ, who said he trains with his uncle, displayed a polished routine, which he capped by twirling a pair of chains that had mini-fireworks shooting out from its edges.
It was an apt end to the episode, which had other kids showing off their talents in ventriloquism, mud painting, dancing and singing.
Hosted by Billy Crawford, "Little Big Shots" airs Saturdays after "Home Sweetie Home" and Sundays after "Goin' Bulilit."
